What is your standard delivery time?

Delivery takes 10–12 days from the day of order processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is completely free on all orders, Lebanon-wide.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes — COD is available for all orders within Lebanon, with no extra fee. We also accept Visa and Wish Money.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused with all original tags intact. Message us on WhatsApp to start an exchange.

How is quality checked?

Every piece is inspected by our team before dispatch — stitching, hardware, and finish.

Do you have a physical store?

Urban Leb is online-only — we operate exclusively through our website and deliver across Lebanon.
